| Client: Hillingdon Brain Tumour and Injury Support Group |
Client details:
The brain tumour support group was set up in 2009 by Becky and Cyril Haggar as a way of supporting fellow tumour sufferers. The group is now based in the newly opened Centre of Hope in Hillingdon, which provides a welcoming atmosphere, as well as regular support meetings for anybody who has been affected by brain tumours, whether directly or indirectly. The Centre will provide help to so many, and Octagon are proud to be able to keep it secure. |

Project Details: Octagon are donating an alarm system for The Centre of Hope
Octagon are supplying a complimentary security system at the Centre as a sign of support for The Hillingdon Brain Tumour & Injury Support Group. The high tech system will include everything necessary to ensure the Centre is protected 24/7. This includes internal PIR sensors to detect movement when the alarm is set, a bellbox positioned on the front of the Centre to proudly show they are protected by Octagon, and further internal components to the system that must stay confidential. Should an intruder enter the Centre whilst the alarm is set, the PIRs will detect the heat signature the intruder is omitting and will trigger the loud siren internally, and externally from the bellbox. As well as the system itself, the staff in the Centre will have access to engineers to aid in efficiently solving any faults or technical problems that may arise.
